At Tula & Roo, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products and great service. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returns, replacements, and refunds.


🛠️ Faulty Products

If you receive an item that is faulty (e.g. not working, incorrect, or not as described), you’re entitled to a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order.

We will cover return postage for any confirmed faulty items.

To arrange a return, please email us at hello@tulaandroo.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos (if applicable)


📦 Shipping Damages

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the damage

  2. Email them to hello@tulaandroo.com within 48 hours of delivery

We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement if needed.

Note: While shipping damage must be reported quickly, you’re still covered under our 30-day faulty product policy for any functional or manufacturing issues.


🔁 Change of Mind & Gift Cards

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Gift card purchases
